Paweł Bylina is the founder and CEO of BugBug, a low-code test automation platform used by teams in 50+ countries. He's spent over 15 years in software engineering — as a developer, engineering manager, and CTO — before starting BugBug five years ago to solve a problem he kept running into firsthand: most teams struggle to ship reliable software because test automation is either too expensive to build or too brittle to maintain.

Since then, he's led BugBug through hundreds of customer conversations with QA engineers, developers, and engineering leaders evaluating their testing strategy — insight he applies directly to BugBug's product roadmap and positioning. He writes and speaks regularly about test automation, product quality, and the realities of building a technical SaaS company, sharing lessons learned from BugBug's growth on LinkedIn.
